Shipping and Returns/Exchanges

 

Shipping:

We ship Priority USPS.  Most items ship the next business day.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date (except Pointe Shoes, or Ballroom Shoes) in new, unworn condition, with all original components (Box, Tags, etc.) present. The refund will be processed on the same card you used originally. Simply call our store for details and directions. 

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange any unworn merchandise at any time in brand new condition with all original components (Box, Tags, etc.) present (Pointe Shoes must not have ribbons or elastics sewn). Simply call our store for details and directions.
