Store Policies

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt.
  • To be eligible for a refund, items must have tags on, be in original package, and both be in saleable condition.
  • There are no refunds on special orders that we do not carry originally in stock
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Worn goods that are found to be defective may only be exchanged.  There are no refunds on worn items.
  • We do not give cash refunds.
  • There will be no refunds on Pointe shoes and/or Ballroom shoes.
  • There are no refunds on tutus or clearance items.
